Description

Lead technical vision and execution for a decentralized web3 platform, owning end-to-end design, development, and support of infrastructure, systems, and apps.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect decentralized storage, NFT minting, marketplaces, and wallet/KYC integrations.
• Oversee development of web apps, mobile apps, and video streaming capabilities.
• Implement AI and ML for feed design.
• Recruit, lead, manage, and mentor a technical team.
• Deliver stable platforms on time and within budget.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with blockchain technology.
• Proven ability to design and deliver consumer-facing systems.
• Hands-on experience with smart contracts and wallet integrations.
• Knowledge of decentralized storage and multimedia content processing.
• Ability to manage full-stack web and mobile application layers.
• Experience in technical team leadership and recruitment.
• 2 years minimum experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale video streaming and content management.
• Background in building NFT marketplaces.
