Description

You will provide operational support and technical troubleshooting for .NET applications and data processing workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational steps via runbooks to support file processing into applications.
• Monitor and manage jobs using CTRL+M, including manual job execution.
• Debug application errors and direct issues to appropriate teams.
• Query databases using SQL to manage packages and validate data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with CTRL+M for job scheduling and execution.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and working with packages.
• Foundational knowledge of the .NET Framework.
• Experience with ASP.NET Web API and Entity Framework.
• Ability to perform scripting tasks.
• Understanding of Python at a scripting level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to learn Python for advanced scripting.
