Custom Solution Design Lead

You will lead the design and delivery of scalable Oracle Fusion Application extensions, specializing in Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver PaaS supply chain extensions using the Oracle Fusion technology stack.
• Architect and integrate applications with middleware solutions including OIC, MuleSoft, and AWS API Management.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, unit testing, performance, and monitoring.
• Ensure code quality through design reviews, code reviews, and the establishment of development standards.
• Mentor team members by reviewing code, demonstrating technical techniques, and strengthening team skills.
• Provide oversight for application security architecture and research best practices for application development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Oracle ERP (Planning, Inventory, BOM, Costing, Production Controls, and manufacturing).
• Strong software development skills in application design, database design, and object-oriented concepts.
• Experience integrating applications via OIC, MuleSoft, AWS API Management, or REST APIs.
• Deep experience with Oracle database technologies, SQL queries, and NoSQL.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and JIRA.
• Knowledge of application server configurations, memory, and connection management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing extensions using VBCS.
• Proficiency with Draw.IO or similar design tools.
