You will design and implement end-to-end Customer 360 solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of C360 solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize the C360 platform to meet client needs.
  • Design data architectures and data models that support specific analytics requirements.
  • Develop custom integrations and APIs to ensure seamless system connectivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in solution architecture focusing on CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with the C360 platform.
  • Strong knowledge of API and integration architecture.
  • Experience developing custom APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Proven ability to design data models and architectures.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and techniques to derive data insights.
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Any graduate degree.
