Job Description:
Job Title - Customer Success Area Lead (CSAL)
1) Collaborate with internal Sales and Account Success leadership, CSAL, Success guides and other CSG teams to strategically plan, prioritise customer adoption, Agent force activation and mitigate attrition for Premier Customers
2) Periodically track Customer implementation project milestones, value and adoption metrics with Customers and Partners. Periodic customer and partner check-ins to document challenges , support required from Salesforce to ensure value from platform. Track and support outcomes like improved Agentforce consumption, adoption and attrition mitigation, while advocating for Signature Success Plan attach and Sales engagements on opportunities
3) Create standardised business review decks for Sales, CSG leadership covering attrition risks, customer implementation health, adoption risks for Premier customers . Actively partner with Success Guides to ensure Premier onboarding, Success Paths and other Premier features are utilised
4) Promote CSG resources through multi-channel communication, ensuring Sales leaders and AE’s understand and use the customer success and support process.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
1) 10+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or related fields, preferably within the SaaS landscape.
2) Salesforce Implementation experience is a must for this role.
3) Proficiency in Salesforce's product suite, with a keen understanding of its capabilities and best application practices.
4) Proven track record to forge and cultivate high-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor that brings tangible business value to clients.
5) Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated track record of influencing effectively at all levels of the organization
