Description

You will manage technical relations and application support for assigned customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customer administrators, conducting weekly prioritization meetings and monthly maintenance reporting.
• Troubleshoot code and SQL issues to resolve customer requests and anomalies.
• Analyze change requests by evaluating customer processes, deviations, and cost production in coordination with project engineers.
• Prepare solution upgrades by managing generic and specific code, parameters, and testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in L3/L4 Software Product Technical Support processes.
• Proficiency in C# .NET and object-oriented programming.
• Expertise in SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for code and database issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal team members.
