Description

You own technical support and customer relations for the Ivalua solution, serving as the primary contact for customer administrators.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot code and SQL issues, including query optimization and syntax updates.
• Execute solution parameterization, prepare upgrades, and conduct tests for generic and specific code.
• Analyze change requests by evaluating needs, deviations, and customer processes in coordination with project engineers.
• Facilitate technical workshops, provide training on new products, and relay customer requirements to R&D.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in L3/L4 Software Product Technical Support processes.
• Proven experience in object-oriented programming, specifically C#.
• Advanced SQL skills with expertise in writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Proficiency with .NET and SQL frameworks.
• Experience in technical support and customer management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++.
