Description

Manage customer support operations for Unisore, Tata Sky, Tata Clip, DTH, and Portal processes. You will own the end-to-end handling of customer inquiries and support requests within these assigned workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and support requests for BPO and CCE workflows.
• Execute daily tasks related to Tata Sky, Tata Clip, and DTH processes.
• Maintain strict service standards for portal-based operations.
• Manage communication for portal process management effectively.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service roles.
• Proven background in BPO environments.
• Direct experience as a Customer Care Executive (CCE).
• Ability to work with Tata Sky, Tata Clip, or DTH processes.
• Effective communication skills for portal process management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Unisore processes.
