You will provide technical support to clients and partners while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients, partners, and internal leadership within the Dealer Support organization.
• Collaborate with Performance Management, Implementation, and Advanced Support teams to resolve issues.
• Work independently and within a team environment to meet support objectives.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain service standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a support or analytical role.
• Troubleshooting technical issues across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Mac, Windows, and iOS operating systems.
• Understanding of networking principles and DNS.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Java and Flash.
• Bachelor's degree.
