You will provide technical support to clients and partners while collaborating with internal teams to resolve software issues.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve client issues efficiently and independently using strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborate with Performance Management, Implementation, and Advanced Support teams.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and software systems to identify and solve technical problems.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of technical support experience.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Understanding of broad website concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software systems and applications.
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client requests.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
