You will provide technical support to clients and partners while collaborating with internal teams to resolve software issues.
Responsibilities
- Resolve client issues efficiently and independently using strong troubleshooting skills.
- Collaborate with Performance Management, Implementation, and Advanced Support teams.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze data and software systems to identify and solve technical problems.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of technical support experience.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Understanding of broad website concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software systems and applications.
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client requests.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
