Description

Manage and support customer data management applications and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Triage issues across account source platforms, integrations, and the Customer Data Hub.
• Analyze API messages and perform initial data loads and cleanup using Postman, Python, and SQL.
• Execute Google Big Query data extracts to support analysis activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators of the CDH solution to ensure data quality and policy compliance.
• Partner with IT platform experts and data stewardship teams to resolve data issues and maintain business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in master data management applications, including data extract/load tools and system configuration.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and Big Query SQL.
• Experience using Postman for API analysis and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Big Query, DataDog, and Tableau.
• Fundamental knowledge of REST API integration and JSON.
• Exposure to integration technologies such as Kafka, messaging buses, or integration brokers.
• Experience with scripting languages including Java and JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Jira.
• Understanding of data governance, data lakes, ETL, and data analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the health sciences sector and knowledge of healthcare-regulated business workflows.
• Advanced data comparison skills using Excel.
