Description

You will architect and build a unified customer profile system by consolidating first, second, and third-party engagement and transactional data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data ingestion pipelines to collect real-time and batch data from digital, assisted, and retail channels.
• Build integrations for all inbound and outbound approved channels to enable multi-channel personalization.
• Implement real-time data processing to harmonize streaming and batch data into unified profiles.
• Develop scalable data storage solutions and ETL processes that adhere to business SLAs and performance requirements.
• Design activation solutions for audience segmentation and rule-based personalization using AI model scores.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Proficiency in AWS environments.
• Strong expertise in ETL and data extraction processes.
• Experience designing unified data models, mapping, and transformation rules.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR.
• Ability to design for scalability and high-volume data processing.
