Description

Lead a team of Data Analysts, Decision Scientists, and Quality Analysts to deliver technical solutions. Own the full project lifecycle from requirement definition through testing and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers during development, testing, and modification of technical solutions.
• Write product requirement documents and negotiate feature sets with development leads.
• Implement and track development timelines while coordinating with operations and QA.
• Manage stakeholder, vendor, and people coordination across cross-functional IT and business domains.
• Navigate competing priorities, shifting demands, and tight timelines.

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of experience in project, vendor, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven track record delivering small, medium, and large integration and analytics projects.
• Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data using SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with relational databases, data inspection tools, and creating mapping documents.
• Proficiency with shell, Perl, or Python scripting.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Web services, and service-oriented architectures.
• Knowledge of data extraction challenges in On-Premise and Cloud deployments.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the US Healthcare domain.
• Background with big data and NoSQL databases.
