Description

Lead a team of Data Analysts, Decision Scientists, and Quality Analysts to deliver technical solutions and own the full project lifecycle from requirement definition through production deployment.

Supervise engineers during development, testing, and modification of technical solutions. Write product requirement documents and negotiate feature sets with development leads. Implement and track development timelines while coordinating with operations and QA. Manage stakeholder, vendor, and people coordination across cross-functional IT and business domains. Navigate competing priorities, shifting demands, and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement definition to production deployment.
• Write product requirement documents and negotiate feature sets with development leads.
• Track development timelines and coordinate with operations and QA teams.
• Manage stakeholder, vendor, and people coordination across cross-functional domains.

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of experience in project, vendor, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven track record delivering small, medium, and large integration and analytics projects.
• Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data using SQL and NoSQL.
• Proficiency with shell, Perl, or Python scripting.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Web services, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with relational databases, data inspection tools, and creating mapping documents.
• Knowledge of data extraction challenges in On-Premise and Cloud deployments.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the US Healthcare domain.
• Background with big data and NoSQL databases.
