Description

You manage the end-to-end execution of customer orders and quote requests to ensure seamless service delivery. You serve as the primary point of contact for order status, proactive communication, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise order entry and generate timely quotes for customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound call activity to facilitate product orders and inquiries.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding any changes in order status or delays.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve complex requirements and ensure fulfillment.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and leads using upsell technologies during customer interactions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems for order management.
• Knowledge of CRM software to track interactions and opportunities.
• High School Diploma or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-5 years of customer success or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of fluid power systems, the MR0 (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry, or industry-specific training/certifications.
