Description

You will own and lead customer marketing strategy from the ground up, partnering with product management, sales leadership, and demand generation to execute tactics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics in partnership with product management, sales leadership, and demand generation.
• Synthesize market, competitive, analyst, and customer insights to guide product strategy, messaging, and sales motions.
• Collaborate with Brand Management and Ad Strategy teams to define capabilities and how offerings drive results for brands.
• Partner with content teams to produce differentiated top, middle, and bottom of funnel assets including blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, and webinars.
• Build and implement new programs, processes, and strategies from scratch.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of directly relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for storytelling with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into customer-facing value propositions.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and complex business models.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to identify and collect new data sources for insight generation.
• Expertise in prioritization and managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Ecommerce industry experience.
