Description

You will manage day-to-day order management activities and resolve Order to Cash (OTC) process issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute order management tasks including order processing, consignment fill-up, billing, return management, and product recall handling.
• Resolve complex customer complaints and respond to inquiries regarding pricing, delivery status, and back orders via email or phone.
• Collaborate with 3PL/4PL providers to ensure on-time service delivery and support business growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in system tools for audit readiness and generate required operational reports.
• Partner with market customer service teams to monitor satisfaction levels and recommend process changes to meet evolving customer needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions, including Source, Make, Plan, and Deliver.
• Proven expertise in customer service operations and managing the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
• Experience with warehouse, transportation, and supply chain excellence standards.
• Strong understanding of process design, standards definition, and implementation.
• Ability to manage physical and mental conditions while meeting KPI targets.
• Must have own transport.
• Ability to work according to specific market calendars.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or Operations Research/Management Science.
