Description

You will support customers through inbound calls and chat, resolving inquiries regarding account information, order status, and product details.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer problems systematically using sound business judgment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Identify and assess individual customer needs to take appropriate action steps.
• Meet established performance and sales targets in a high-volume environment.
• Manage multiple applications simultaneously to facilitate live voice and chat interactions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for rapid interaction on voice and chat.
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and high level of tech savviness.
• Strong active listening and probing question skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid government-issued ID, TRN, and NIS card.
• High-level multitasking capabilities across several software applications.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with CRM applications.
• Previous customer service experience.
