Description

You will act as the primary contact between the supply chain and external customers to manage and resolve logistics issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer relationship by analyzing incoming emails and providing prompt resolutions.
• Solve problems across all business units using dispatch and external scheduling systems.
• Identify and implement solutions to resolve issues impacting the delivery process.
• Maintain deep knowledge of internal policies, software applications, and customer organizational structures.
• Utilize available resources to find cost-effective solutions for client and customer needs.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of business experience specifically within transportation or logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience managing high-volume email communication, often exceeding 300 per day.
• Hands-on experience with Retailix, Retail Link, Unfi, or One Network.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems in a logistics environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.
