Description

You serve as the primary liaison between the supply chain and external customers, managing logistics issues from intake to resolution. You own the end-to-end customer relationship, analyzing incoming inquiries and delivering prompt solutions across all business units.

Responsibilities

• Resolve logistics issues by analyzing high-volume email communication and coordinating with dispatch and external scheduling systems.
• Identify root causes of delivery process disruptions and implement cost-effective solutions for clients.
• Maintain deep knowledge of internal policies, software applications, and customer organizational structures.
• Manage conflict and negotiate outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational continuity.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of business experience specifically within transportation or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Retailix, Retail Link, Unfi, or One Network.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage high-volume email communication, often exceeding 300 per day.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems in a logistics environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.
