Description

You will lead the Client Service team to manage accounts, meet performance targets, and ensure profitability through effective recruitment and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and ensure margin profitability for each.
• Lead and mentor team members, including Senior Technical Recruiters, to improve technical and behavioral skills.
• Assign daily requirements based on team workload and track progress through regular reporting.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, set up interviews, and manage position due dates.
• Implement recruitment policies and maintain high standards for resume quality and candidate submissions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the US Staffing industry.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams.
• Proven expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Strong background in client coordination and account management.
• Excellent English communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via extensive portal searches and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
• Experience in team management and mentoring junior recruiters.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within a consulting firm or contract-to-hire agency.
