You will handle operational and client-facing duties for Bandhan Bank, including back office administration, KYC verification, and customer relationship management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute back office administrative tasks and document collection.
• Verify KYC documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage customer service inquiries and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records using basic computer operations.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge for record maintenance.
• Good communication skills for client interaction.
• High School (H.S) pass or any Graduate degree.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Ability to work in Delhi, India.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or financial services operations.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML regulatory frameworks.
