Description

You will handle customer service contacts across phone, email, chat, and social media channels to support customers in North America and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer problems and document all interactions accurately.
• Collect and process customer information following established client program protocols.
• Maintain individual, team, and departmental performance metrics.
• Communicate clearly via telephone and written channels using proper grammar and spelling.

Required Skills

• Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• US citizenship or permanent residency.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and internet browsing.
• Strong data entry and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday (4 PM to 12 AM).
• Ability to perform sedentary work, including extended periods of sitting and computer use.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Portuguese language.
• Previous call center experience.
• Telecommunications industry knowledge.
• College degree.
