Description

You will manage the end-to-end in-store customer experience and product demonstrations in Columbus, OH.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers upon entry to demonstrate product functionality and encourage usage.
• Guide customers through the entire journey, from onboarding and item selection to checkout completion.
• Resolve customer and store team issues as the primary point of contact.
• Gather customer feedback and report on their experiences to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and think on your feet in real-time.
• Experience in marketing and brand ambassadorship.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Ability to provide proactive service to drive product usage.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent level of education.
