Description

You will provide first-line help desk support and manage data integrity within our operational systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Service-Now ticket queues to meet customer service expectations.
  • Generate various reports to track and support service metrics.
  • Execute data entry to migrate project information into the Service-Now Project module.
  • Perform data entry tasks across other systems used by Parma operations.
  • Act as the first line of defense for help desk inquiries.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Service-Now.
  • Help Desk or technical support background.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge.
  • Technical or applications-oriented training.
  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • 5+ years of experience.
