Description

You will manage inbound and outbound voice interactions to support customers with inquiries and account management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound call channels with accuracy.
• Assist with product information, account details, order status, and billing questions.
• Resolve complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Document all customer interactions, including inquiry details and resolutions, in the system.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet revenue goals.

Required Skills

• Proficient spoken English and strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Capacity to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Customer service, communication, and problem-solving expertise.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior customer service experience in the home furnishing industry.
• Knowledge of home furnishing products and design trends.
