Description

You will provide technical support to schoolteachers and staff to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and network issues by diagnosing user problems through active listening and questioning.
• Log all interactions in the in-house call tracking system with detailed, accurate entries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Act as a liaison between users and developers to communicate application problems.
• Document products, processes, and problems in detail to suggest improvements or solutions.
• Assist with data collection for user requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform manual tasks including staging materials, packing, inventory, and delivery as needed.
• Work occasional second shift or weekend hours to meet organizational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support or service desk role.
• Hardware Troubleshooting.
• Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot software, network, and printer issues.
• Ability to document technical solutions and processes.
• Any Graduate degree.
