You will manage customer inquiries across voice, non-voice, and blended channels in an international BPO setting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone and digital communication channels.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
• Provide timely support within an international BPO environment.
• Manage interactions across voice and non-voice platforms.

Required Skills

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in customer support or BPO operations.
• Ability to work in voice or non-voice roles.
• Availability to join on an immediate basis.
• Willingness to work from the office in Delhi.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
