Description

You will support digital sports platforms by assisting fans through chat, SMS, email, social media, voice, and self-service channels.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues by demonstrating patience and acknowledging specific problems.
  • Educate users on platform features, such as streaming games or managing fantasy accounts.
  • Use available technology tools and resources to provide efficient solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and sports trends.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a remote environment.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for sports.
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and digital website navigation.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work from a quiet, secure, and distraction-free home office.
  • Hard-wired internet connection with minimum 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds.
