Description

You will lead the Customer Success function for a high-volume portfolio of Commercial and SMB accounts in Bangalore. Your focus is on scaling operations through data-driven prioritization rather than high-touch consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of Commercial and SMB accounts using data-driven prioritization strategies.
• Leverage Salesforce best practices to advise internal teams and drive operational efficiency.
• Own the customer success lifecycle, ensuring retention and growth across assigned accounts.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes for SaaS operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or SaaS Operations.
• Mandatory high proficiency in the Salesforce product suite and platform capabilities.
• Proven track record of managing large portfolios of Commercial or SMB accounts.
• Strong ability to scale operations and handle high account volumes effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in prioritizing customer engagements.
• Experience in SaaS operations and understanding of customer success metrics.
