Description

You will manage customer relationships and oversee project delivery as the primary point of contact.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across all projects.
• Guide customers through service implementation and project planning.
• Manage escalations and ensure all contract terms and conditions are met.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support business growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management.
• 5-8 years of experience working with Java and Cloud technologies.
• 3-4 years of experience as an onsite Program Manager.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving aptitude and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach to project management.
