Description

You will act as a technical advisor helping customers adopt public cloud security and accelerate business value.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize security solutions to help customers achieve business and security objectives.
• Assist with custom integrations and workflows to incorporate security solutions into customer Security Operations Centers.
• Solve customer support requests and coordinate timely resolutions with engineering teams.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap and improvements.
• Coach customers on establishing Cloud Security Change Management, Governance, and Center of Excellence programs.

Required Skills

• 3 to 8 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency in Terraform.
• Strong understanding of Networking, including Remote VPNs and IPSEC.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and scripting.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and Security principles.
• Ability to work with Security Architects, InfoSec, and DevOps teams.
