Responsibilities

• Execute daily administrative and operational tasks to support customer success.
• Manage customer correspondence and resolve inquiries through Zendesk.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and actionable solutions.
• Create reports regarding monthly job-related activities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to assist both the team and customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English communication.
• Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to practice active listening and clear communication with customers.
• Experience with AI tools related to customer experience.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Amazon or Shopify seller central platforms.
