Description

You will provide technical support and guidance to agents, sales support, and internal staff to improve the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to agent queries via phone, email, or chat and manage critical items to provide solutions.
• Identify agent needs and guide users through testing specific features and functionalities.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios or impersonating users.
• Implement and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a support or customer success capacity.
• Proven ability to manage agent and sales support queries.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to perform product testing and malfunction reporting.
• Strong communication skills for guiding users through technical solutions.
• Experience gathering user feedback for product mapping and vision discussions.
• Ability to monitor and respond to agent complaints on social media.
