Provide technical support and installation for audio-visual equipment and computing hardware in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure projection systems and LCD TV systems.
• Support wireless presentation devices and video conferencing equipment.
• Troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and personal computer hardware.
• Maintain Microsoft products, including Office suite and Outlook, within a networked environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or AV installation.
• Hands-on experience with projection systems.
• Experience managing wireless presentation devices.
• Proficiency with video conferencing equipment.
• Knowledge of various software applications and operating systems.
• Technical expertise with Microsoft products, Office suite, and Outlook.
• Ability to support hardware in a networked environment.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
