You will provide on-site customer and technical support in Bengaluru within a 24/7 shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and technical support queries using established processes.
• Operate effectively within a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
• Maintain strict service standards aligned with BPO/ITES frameworks.
• Resolve issues promptly while ensuring clear communication with users.

Required Skills

• 0-3 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience working in BPO or ITES environments.
• Ability to adapt to and thrive in rotational shift patterns.
• Must be physically located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Available to join immediately.

• Any Graduate degree or higher in any discipline.
