Description

Provide technical support and installation for audio-visual equipment in a professional governmental environment. You will own the deployment and maintenance of AV infrastructure while supporting end-user computing needs.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure projection systems and LCD TV systems.
• Support wireless presentation devices and video conferencing equipment.
• Troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and personal computer hardware.
• Maintain Microsoft products, including Office suite and Outlook within a networked environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in audio-visual technical support and installation.
• Hands-on experience with Projection Systems and LCD TV Systems.
• Proficiency with Wireless presentation devices and Video conferencing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Software Applications and Operating Systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft products, Office suite, and Outlook in networked environments.
• Previous experience working in a governmental environment.
• Must be currently located in Tallahassee, FL.
