Description

You will own the deployment, installation, and maintenance of audio-visual infrastructure while providing technical support for end-user computing needs in a governmental environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure projection systems and LCD TV systems.
• Support wireless presentation devices and video conferencing equipment.
• Troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and personal computer hardware.
• Maintain Microsoft products, including the Office suite and Outlook, within a networked environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in audio-visual technical support and installation.
• Hands-on experience with projection systems and LCD TV systems.
• Proficiency with wireless presentation devices and video conferencing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of software applications and operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft products, Office suite, and Outlook in networked environments.
• Previous experience working in a governmental environment.
• Must be currently located in Tallahassee, FL.
