Description

You manage day-to-day database operations and data processing for SaaS offerings in a customer-facing capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ETL processing using Rundeck, AWS tools, and Matillion to ensure data integrity.
• Triage and resolve technical cases, bugs, and critical client escalations.
• Investigate complex issues and perform root cause analysis following major incidents.
• Develop SQL scripts and Tableau reports to improve query performance and data visibility.
• Collaborate with professional services to support new customer onboarding and implementations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, issue management, and conflict resolution.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of SQL, specifically MySQL and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience monitoring and managing ETL workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools and Rundeck.
• Experience with Matillion and Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience supporting critical, client-facing web applications.
• Experience using Salesforce and Salesforce-based applications.
• Ability to work weekend shifts and alternative evening schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administration or development experience.
• Experience working within a structured change management process for highly available environments.
