Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Cloud environment, Virtual servers, MS instruments, Pharma customer compliance, regulatory audits (USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, EU), customer escalation handling skills, and ability to travel at short notice.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deploy Chromeleon CDS software on all types of client-server network architectures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain customer KPIs and handle customer escalations with appropriate skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement maintenance solutions for customers.
• Determine the most efficient methods for completing assigned tasks and project requirements.
• Travel at short notice for short or long duration based on project requirements.

Experience Required: 3+ years of hands-on working experience on Chromeleon CDS or any other enterprise CDS application.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology / E&TC / CS / Instrumentation), BCA, MCA or relevant experience
