Description

You will deploy and troubleshoot Chromeleon CDS software on client-server networks, ensuring minimal downtime for critical laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy Chromeleon CDS software across diverse client-server network architectures.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex software and networking issues to maintain system availability.
  • Handle customer escalations and maintain performance KPIs through effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance solutions and project requirements.
  • Travel at short notice to support on-site deployments and troubleshooting efforts.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Chromeleon CDS or another enterprise CDS application.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and general networking concepts.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Understanding of HPLC and GC instrumentation in a regulated environment.
  • Proven ability in technical troubleshooting and customer support.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (IT, E&TC, CS, Instrumentation), BCA, MCA, or equivalent degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, cloud environments, and virtual servers.
  • Familiarity with USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, or EU regulatory compliance and audits.
