You will deploy and troubleshoot Chromeleon CDS software on client-server networks, ensuring minimal downtime for critical laboratory operations.
Responsibilities
- Deploy Chromeleon CDS software across diverse client-server network architectures.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software and networking issues to maintain system availability.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain performance KPIs through effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance solutions and project requirements.
- Travel at short notice to support on-site deployments and troubleshooting efforts.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Chromeleon CDS or another enterprise CDS application.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and general networking concepts.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
- Understanding of HPLC and GC instrumentation in a regulated environment.
- Proven ability in technical troubleshooting and customer support.
- Bachelor of Engineering (IT, E&TC, CS, Instrumentation), BCA, MCA, or equivalent degree.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, cloud environments, and virtual servers.
- Familiarity with USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, or EU regulatory compliance and audits.
