Description

You manage inbound leads and provide information on general insurance products, specifically workmen compensation, marine insurance, and group health insurance. You follow up with prospective clients to collect information for sourcing quotations and share product articles, infographics, and videos to help clients finalize benefit structures. You provide customer support within a voice process environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to website leads for workmen compensation, marine insurance, and group health insurance.

Required Skills

• Experience in Customer Support or Customer Care.
• Knowledge of Health Insurance or general insurance products.
• Ability to work within a Voice Process or International Voice Process environment.
• Experience in an International Call Center setting.
• Background as a Claim Associate or in general insurance operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with insurance product sourcing and quotation generation.
