Description

You will manage voice-based customer support operations for specific process accounts, including Airtel Black, Tata Sky, InCnut, Andhra Bank, IDF Bank, and Cromia. You own the resolution of incoming inquiries and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via voice channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to service standards.
• Provide dedicated support for assigned process accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer support roles.
• Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive (CSE).
• Strong verbal communication skills for voice processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Experience with CSE and general customer support operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with banking or telecom process accounts.
