You will manage customer support operations in an international and domestic BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via non-voice and calling channels.
• Execute support tasks across international and domestic BPO settings.
• Maintain consistent communication standards during all customer interactions.

Required Skills

• Experience in International BPO or Domestic BPO operations.
• Proficiency in non-voice support processes.
• Ability to handle calling duties effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to join on an immediate basis.
• Ability to work from the office in Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Indore, or Mohali.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
