Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA & Usability Tester to ensure the functionality, quality, and user experience of our digital products. The role involves manual testing, usability evaluation, and close collaboration with product, design, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, sanity)
• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
• Conduct usability testing and validate user flows and UI consistency
• Review designs and provide usability improvement suggestions
• Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing
• Prepare test reports and usability findings
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in manual QA and usability testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
• Good analytical and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
