You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via a voice process.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries and concerns through voice calls.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both Hindi and English.
• Maintain service standards within a BPO environment.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Proficiency in spoken Hindi.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a BPO or voice process environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore (Bellandur or Koramangala).
• Availability to join immediately.
• Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
