You will manage customer interactions through voice calls in a BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via voice.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain service standards within the BPO workflow.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Proficiency in spoken Hindi.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a BPO or voice process environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore (Bellandur or Koramangala).
• Availability to join immediately.
• Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
