Responsibilities

• Solve client requests by proactively searching for and verifying required information.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both German and English.
• Manage customer interactions within a contact center setting.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and social media platforms to handle support tasks.

Required Skills

• C1 level German proficiency in both speaking and writing.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience using social media for professional communication.
• Ability to work on-site from the Bucharest office.
• Degree in any discipline or currently an undergraduate.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in an international tourism environment.
• Background working in a BPO or contact center.
