You provide customer assistance through voice and email channels in a fully remote capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Handle back office and voice tasks using fluent Dutch.
• Manage and process customer orders via phone and email.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with the team to meet predetermined targets and objectives.
• Multitask and prioritize duties within a remote work environment.

Required Skills

• Fluent spoken and written Dutch or Flemish.
• Proficiency in Polish.
• Professional communication skills in English.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or outbound contact centers.
• Strong typing skills and computer literacy.
• Experience with phone etiquette and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup.

Preferred Skills

• University degree, preferably in Dutch Language Philology or a related field.
