You will handle international voice process operations from our office in Marathahalli, Bengaluru.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming international voice calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries.
• Complete required interview rounds including HR, Versant, and Operations assessments.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills for international voice processes.
• Experience in Customer Support.
• Ability to work from the office in Marathahalli, Bengaluru.
• Undergraduate degree or any graduate status.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
